New cellular machines can help with ALS and Alzheimer's treatment.

Sometimes somebody said that if people would have sandpaper that is thin enough. That thing could clean the hole between neurons where Alzheimer's is forming plaque. The new type of artificial proteins called motor proteins can make that dream true.

"Motor proteins are tiny molecular machines that animal and fungi cells use to convert chemical energy into mechanical work. They are miniature “vehicles” traversing a cell via a network of tracks referred to as the cytoskeleton, hauling a cellular payload and generating forces to aid in many vital processes and functions". (ScitechDaily.com/Analysis of Cellular “Vehicles” Sheds New Light on Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, and ALS)

New cellular machines, or rather saying. Nanomachines are helping in ALS and Alzheimer's treatment. The new motor proteins are machines that can clean the neural network from plaque. And the biggest problem is how those motor proteins can find the precise right point from the neural network that can clean synaptic cleft. The answer could be in the neurotransmitters.

If that kind of nanomachine can detect and home to the right point using neurotransmitters as the aiming tool. That thing makes it possible to target the nanomachine to the right point. There is also possible to use a miniature microchip. The nanomachine can destroy the plaque in two ways. The first method is that the cells will destroy the plaque by using enzymes and use it as a nutrient.

Another version is that motor protein will shoot the sub-protein through neurons. And then remove the plaque by using mechanic removing where that protein acts like sandpaper. That kind of thing can make the next generation of neural medicines possible.
