The human race is the most violent species on Earth. And our greatest pleasure is to create new methods to kill people.
The newest things on the battlefield are autonomous killer robots. So are those robots moral or ethical systems? The thing is that. We can ask the same thing about machine guns and ICBM missiles, long-range sniper rifles, and all military systems.
The war in Ukraine brought another question about ethics in warfare. How moral and ethical situation is war? Is it ethical and moral action that some country attacks its neighbors? All nations have the right to defend themselves and their citizens.
When we talk about law enforcement. There is no international law that limits the systems used in those missions. The problem is that police work is not an as easy thing, as people believe.
Many times each year in the global environment police officers shoot the wrong person. When a police officer goes on their mission and gets an alarm the problem is stress. If a police officer sees a person with a gun, they must think that the gun is right.
Sometimes people are saying that AI is racist. It targets black people as thieves more often than white people. But the question about the cases where that ethnical background causes the body check is we forget one thing. Did those details or descriptions come from the AI?
Would police check those people anyway? Or did AI recognize those people from some other crimes?
Some people say that killer robot are less ethical than humans. But then we must ask, does it make any difference to target the ammunition that kills the person that comes from the rifle that holds the human or robot?
We must also think about these kinds of questions must think about before we can make any decisions about those systems. The robot weapons are one weapon system in multiple weapon systems.
And then we must remember that war is not fair game. The name of game in war is how to kill people effectively. And that thing is the biggest in warfare.
The fact is that small states can get more benefits from killer robots than other countries. The killer robots are part of the advancement that changed the killer chain to the killer net.
And the biggest benefit of killer robots makes them the biggest threat. Robots never excuse their orders. That means robot soldiers or killer robots are horrible tools in the wrong hands. But then we must understand that tanks and missiles with commandoes are also horrible things in the wrong hands.

But also, commando that comes from war can rob the bank. And that is also a big threat.
But the fact is that robot soldiers or the c robot soldiers' controllers are far easier to control than human soldiers. The controller doesn't need military training at all. And things like EMP weapons can destroy robots without harming humans.
The military world is fast morphing environment. It's the race between an improved attacker and an improved defender. Things that are in use today. Are the same as they were in the First and Second World Wars.
But things like modern tanks are far ahead of WWII tanks. Their ability to interconnect their systems with other platforms like drones, guided ammunition, and AI is making it possible that traditional systems cannot give respond to those intelligent systems. Intelligent grenades can shoot over barriers and the enemy cannot respond to that kind of weapon. But that requires that intelligent systems work as they should.
There are plasmoid weapons under development that should lock the GPS. That plasma system also locks all radio communication.
The GPS jammers are already in use. The fact is that the jammer systems use radio transmissions which makes them vulnerable against AGM-88 HARM-type missiles. Those anti-radiation missiles can use to destroy drone controllers.
Anti-radiation missiles can destroy all personnel who use radios.
Developers created those missiles originally to use against radar stations. But they can also be home to any radio source like mobile telephones.
There is the possibility that some loitering ammunition has a radiation-homing warhead. That means that when somebody uses a radio in the area where that kind of system operates. That radar-homing kamikaze drone will dive against that point immediately when it sees radio waves.
The triangular measurement-based systems can find jammer systems quite easily. And opponents can destroy land-based systems by using artillery. There could already be radar or radiation-homing grenades that can use against radio transmitters. As well as AGM-88 HARM missiles can destroy also moving headquarters.
The next-generation GPS systems are immune to traditional jammers. The idea is that the tank or some other vehicle points laser rays to a photo-recon satellite or aircraft. That airborne system will send the image to that vehicle where it can locate itself.
Then the crew can search for targets from those images. The system can measure the distance and location between the vehicle and the target by using triangular measurement.
